Burnout, doomscrolling, and grind culture is becoming more commonplace in Gen Z teens. A recent study from the IU Lilly School of Philanthropy and Harvard Graduate School of Education found that 27% of teens are struggling with burnout (Weinstein et al., 2024).

This weekend, YoCo volunteered with the Gleaners Drive-Thru Pantry to help distribute over 56,000 pounds of food! This food pantry is open at various times throughout the week and always looking for volunteers to help distribute and organize food.
